Yoga & ELDOA is a rotating bi-weekly class consisting of BoneFit informed yoga (with some strength and mobility woven in) combined with an alternating ELDOA class.
This class combination helps to mobilize, stabilize, and build better balance to tackle the world as we age.
Classes incorporate aspects of BoneFit education and variations for anyone interested in combating some aspects of osteoporosis.
