What is ELDOA?
The ELDOA Method is a movement practice that incorporates fascial stretching and joint articulation to help reduce effects of daily compression of the spine. ELDOA can promote beneficial physiological alignment of the spine, disc decompression, and develop strength for stabilizing tissues.
