ELDOA classes incorporate fascial stretching and joint articulation to help reduce effects of daily compression of the spine. ELDOA can promote beneficial physiological alignment of the spine, disc decompression, and develop strength.

Hatha-inspired yoga combined with movement using all the props. You can count on each class to get your body, brain and breath moving together.

These classes are a great way to build some restful personal time right in the comfort of your own home. A 60-70 minute class of Restorative Yoga and elements of Yoga Nidra.
Personal props are required for this practice including cushions, bolsters, blanket(s), blocks, a strap, and space for legs up the wall or on a chair. Set up details provided in advance with class link.

A mix of QiGong and gentle release work using YTU balls. You could call it moving meditation or just your personal recharge time.
C2C: sliding scale 1-3 credits/$5-$15USD
Option of 45 min or 60 min session of individualized observation and corrective movement guidance using principles of Restorative Exercise, ELDOA, and yoga. Ideal for anyone with specific movement goals or to create a personalized program.
