Small group Restorative Yoga classes are a great way to build some restful personal time into your week.
Each 75 minute class consists of a unique sequence containing only a few long-held poses while the body rests in comfort supported by bolsters and blankets.
This practice cultivates mindfulness and allows the perfect environment for recovery from stresses of the week. Finish your class feeling a little less tension in those areas that just won't let it go.
