Restorative Movement is about bringing functional movement and biomechanics together in a simple and unique way to get more of you moving more of the time.
Private and semi-private movements sessions are a combination of movement and alignment point review, corrective exercises, and natural movement work to create a sustainable movement practice that you have time to efficiently incorporate into your life!
Private sessions include a phone discussion prior to the first appointment to meet and align training goals and to ensure this is the right option for you.

Drawing on a combination of Restorative Exercises from the Nutritious Movement™ program and natural movement activities to integrate all that new movement, Movement RE-Set class is designed to get more of you moving in new ways.
This morning class consists of 60 minutes of exploring and restoring alignment to promote physiological health and maintain functional movement to keep you doing those every day life activities longer.

Join me for an interactive movement workshop to learn all about barefoot health, foot function, and the connections to healthy hips.
You will explore alignment from the bottom up and learn how foot function may be affecting overall health. While we move, you will learn a series of simple foot exercises as well as tips for better walking and transition to minimal shoes.
