Functional movement and restorative exercise brought together in a simple yet specific way to get more of you moving, more of the time. Classes involve corrective exercises and natural movement work to create a sustainable movement practice that you can apply at home, in the office or outside.

Slow Yin Flow
A slow flow evening class combining gentle movement flows for counterbalance between the stillness of longer yin poses.

Small Restorative Yoga classes are a great way to build some restful personal time each week. 75 minute classes consist of a 15 min bolstering session where you learn how to set up for one of the poses followed by a guiding you through a calming sequence while the body rests in comfort. This practice provides an opportunity for mindfulness and recovery from stress right in your own home.

What is ELDOA?
The ELDOA Method is a movement practice developed by Guy Voyer, an osteopath, that incorporates fascial stretching and joint articulation to help reduce effects of daily compression of the spine and tissue tension.
Practising ELDOAs can help to promote beneficial physiological alignment of the spine, disc decompression, and helps to develop strength and mobility of the postural muscles so it's great for almost everyone.
